Appetite control plays a big part in your weight loss

There are allot of strategies that can help reduce hunger and eliminate cravings.  Here is a quick list

  • Avoid refined carbohydrates (white bread)
  • Get natural sunlight on your skin (15+ minutes a day)
  • Drink lots of water, and drink on a regular basis
  • Eat plenty of fiber (Fruits and Veggies)

But there is nothing, absolutely eliminate hunger.  The bottom line is that if you lose weight, you will experience hunger at one time or another.  This can be especially true if you strength train at all.

There is a reality of weight loss that people need to know. Losing weight sometimes requires you to feel hungry from time-to-time.  There is no way to lose weight without feeling some degree of hunger.  People have tried everything natural under the sun to eliminate anxiety and food cravings you get when you try to lose weight.  There is nothing that completely eliminates those cravings.  Hoodia helps, but by no means turns off the hunger switch.

You can use these green vegetables to feel full in a couple of ways.  Many people do not want to eat them plain.  Instead, you can fill a very large bowl, add greens, lettuce, salad, add minimal dressing.  A good idea is to dip your fork in the dressing rather than pouring in on your salad and then start munching away.  Within minutes, you feel completely full, and there are still only consume 100 calories that count.  Remember that the calories from green leafy vegetables are free.  You can only count calories salad dressing itself.  This is a great way to fill your stomach and turn off your hunger signals while only giving yourself only a little calories.
