Summer Slim Down Challenge – 30 Day Diet Meal Plan

Today is the “official” start of the Summer Slim Down Challenge you registered for.

Today is Prep-DAY:

  1. Print out Shopping List, and let’s go shopping.
  2. Prepare as much of the daily snacks, sides and meals today, so that it is a grab and go this week.
  3. This week is about the 80/20 Rule.  80% of all your food should be from the list you are allowed 200-300 calories of anything else.

Yes, you read this right!!  The menu plan for this Challenge is not supposed to be all your calories. Which means you are free to enjoy upto 300 calories of anything and still lose weight.

By anything, I’m serious….. You can have…

  • A Beer, Wine, or Pop
  • Candy, Chocolate, or chips

Anything, but don’t go over you 200-300 FREE calorie limit.
