Q. What forms of payment are accepted?

For Membership plans, we will automatically charge the same form of payment you use for your initial subscription on a monthly or yearly cycle, depending on what you signed up for.

Q:  How do I know if I will like it?

We let you try any of our free menus.  Try it out to ensure these diet menu plans are right for you.  This means you will see 7 days of downloading a menu to help you lose weight before you pay a dime.  We just ask that you give us 7 days to prove that it works for you.   We also offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee so if you decide, even after you pay, that it’s not working for you, let us know and we’ll give you a complete refund within the first 30 days.  Our diet menu plans aren’t for everyone but if you’re reading this, chances are they will work for you.

Q. How much will I spend on groceries each week for these plans?

It will depend on you, your budget, and it varies greatly based on the brands you prefer.  Each diet menu plan is different and the prices of food in your area may vary a lot too. Based on my experience most of our diet menu plans your groceries bill for the week will typically be $50.00 – $100.00.  Therefore plan for around $10/day, but please substitute some of the fruits or vegetable for in season or frozen options.  Example:  I like fresh strawberries, in the summer, but buy more frozen in the winter.

Q: What if I don’t end up even using the plan?

Think about the last time you bought into Diet Plan.  How much did it cost?  Our diet menu plans are as low as $0.88/week.  You probably lose more pocket change than this cost.  Even if this saves you just an hour a week, it’s worth 20 times cost that in just the simple shopping list.  Follow this diet plan and you could lose 2 pounds a week, therefore you paid less than 50 cents for each pound you are losing.  Plus, you’ll be eating better, saving time, and spending more quality time doing what you love.  If you still don’t feel you are getting the full value, scroll down to our refund policy.

Q. How will I receive the menu plans each Month?

You will be able to access your first menu plans immediately after your payment has been processed.  Each Month your diet menu plans will be emailed out several days before the first of each month.  If you have not received them by the 1st of the month please contact us.

Q: What about dietary restrictions?

There are no complicated ingredients or recipes on these diet menu plans.  Therefore you can easily substitute menu items for your specific needs.  As long as you are substituting equal calories, you will get the same great results.  There are so many great Gluten Free, Low Carb., and Non-Fat options to everything on any of the menus, substitution should be easy. 

Q: What’s the Guarantee, Cancellation or Refund Policy?

We understand that our diet menu plans may not be a perfect solution for everyone.  We are very understanding if you want to unsubscribe at anytime.

Monthly Membership:

If you are not satisfied, for any reason whatsoever, just let us know and we’ll refund your last payment immediately.  It’s as simple as that.  

All other Payments:

If you are not satisfied, for any reason whatsoever, just let us know withing 30 days of payment and we’ll refund your money immediately.  If it’s passed 30 days since your payment, we will refund all remaining funds at the prorated for the months used.
