500 calories a day is what you need to be eating to complete this type of diet correctly for a woman when aiming for maximum fat loss. For men, this figure is around 700 calories a day mark.  See more about this on the Daily Calorie Needs Calculator.

This is the first diet plan I put online, and what helped me lose weight after my 3rd child.  I do not recommend this if you have health conditions or do not have a good understanding of the HGC drops, or plans that are available today.

How to eat 500 calories a day?

Eating 500 calories a day and being fully satisfied is not hard as long as they are the right foods/calories and with this plan you are.  This plan or “500 calorie menu” is a great mix of fruits, lean meats, and veggies that are some of the best around.  This has mostly low glycemic index foods, and most of all they are filling and colorful.  Also, the list of items needed is reasonable without the need for any complicated cooking instructions.  This makes for the simplest diet plan available today.
