If you are unfamiliar with the Dukan Diet, you are about to the easiest example of how it is done. It is one of the more popular diets today, because it can help you lose weight fast. The plan is based on mostly lean meats and allot of veggies, but doesn’t allow some dairy. The menu plans below, are everything you need to start today. Any of the foods can be purchased at your local grocery store. The 1200 calorie Dukan diet, has <30 foods, but you will find there are at least 100 foods that are allowed on the Dukan Diet, and they are very good foods that will help keep you full. These are clean and lean. Processed foods are a big no, no on this diet plan.
