This chicken and broccoli dinner is approximately 150 calories, and is super simple. It has about 3 ounces of chicken and 2 cups of broccoli season with salt pepper and some lemon pepper seasoning for the chicken. The chicken is grilled and sliced thin to get more of a visually filling appeal. The broccoli was a broccoli steamer pack. The great thing about this, is about a half of package is typically 2 cups of broccoli.
This is real simple to just add one ingredient to dinner and make it easy to adapt for a family. I make this with either baked potatoes, mashed potatoes, or baked french fries, so that the family can also have a starch and be more filled. Yet, I can eat with the family and just skip the starchy part of the meal.
