Our focus is on good healthy foods that you can season with your taste buds in mind. We hate those “Low Calorie” dishes that have 15 ingredients and take an hour or more to make. Below is an easy 1 or 2-day diet menu 1200 calorie Paleo foods, one page printable to help you get started. We supply menus for starting on any day of the week. This by day diet is perfect for just a day or for a weekend. Feel free to switch up snacks or sides.
This menu contains one of your favorite superfoods, Apples. These marvels of nature deserve their reputation for keeping the doctor away when you eat one a day. And now, it seems, they can help you melt the fat away, too. First of all, they elevate your blood glucose (sugar) levels in a safe, gentle manner and keep them up longer than most foods.
The practical effect of this is to leave you feeling satisfied longer, say, researchers. Secondly, they’re one of the richest sources of soluble fiber in the supermarket. This type of fiber prevents hunger pangs by guarding against dangerous swings or drops in your blood sugar level, says Dr. James Anderson of the University of Kentucky’s School of Medicine.
An average size apple provides only 81 calories and has no sodium, saturated fat or cholesterol. You’ll also get the added health benefits of lowering the level of cholesterol already in your blood as well as lowering your blood pressure.
This is also not a low-fat diet. Make certain you’ve got enough fat in your diet when using this plan, if you’re feeling hungry otherwise you never feel full. Add some avocado or coconut oil to your plate this will help make certain you’re getting some healthy fats into your system. Otherwise, you’ll feel hungry and run for high sugar foods(which simply bring back the cravings). Fat causes you to satisfied, not fat.
